Summary
A great opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established company based in Brentwood, Essex. The organisation has a number of sites across the UK, employing over 200 members of staff across a number of divisions. This role would be working on behalf of their ever-growing fencing division based in Brentwood, Essex. The role is a days’ based position working Monday-Friday office hours. Salary is negotiable.

The Role
The Security Fencing Contracts Manager will be working closely with the contracts team.
Duties will include:

• Running installation teams on projects
• Assisting with material control
• Full control on site plant
• Handling and ensuring all projects are handed over to our clients snag free

The Candidate

• Vast experience within the security fencing industry
• Proven track record for managing large contracts on time and budget
• Construction qualifications are preferred but not essential
• Must possess strong team working skills
• Full UK Driving licence
