• To provide estimates and quotations for customer enquiries
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
• Work with the project, production and sales teams to ensure budgets are met
• Produce quotations for projects and submit within dedicated timescales.
• Review enquiries to ensure the ability to supply compliant quotations within the company's product range.
• Ensure all quotations are 100% accurate, including relevant margins, and comply with certification requirements.
• Communicate regularly with external customers to ensure comprehensive and compliant quotations.
• Maintain regular customer contact regarding key quotations to address inquiries and updates.
• Answer general technical enquiries, including specifications, certifications, consulting the technical team when necessary.
• Develop and implement robust tenders throughout the business.

The Person:

• Experience of quotation systems - Abaca Packaging 3000 preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive and pro active approach
