Full Job Description

Primary Duties.

  • Checking incoming invoices against delivery notes / orders
  • Communicating with suppliers /customers
  • Raising budgets and maintaining them.
  • Raising delivery paperwork relative to the Purchasing Department.
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining stock control sheets.
  • Housekeeping responsibilities, but plant wide with training.
  • Acquiring necessary quotations for parts and services.
  • Maintaining relevant KPI Log of time sheets/work cards and monitoring KPI.
  • General duties to include sorting mail, manning the telephone.
  • Overall distribution
  • Filing goods inwards documentation
  • Verification of quantities ordered
  • Labelling of product.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

 

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Llanelli: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
