Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join a fun, quirky manufacturer who are based in Bedwas, Caerphilly.

The company have a growing product base which is supplied to various companies throughout the UK.

The role is a days’ based position working Monday-Friday office hours (08:15 - 17:00 Monday-Thursday and 08:15 - 16:00 Friday).

 

The Role

The successful candidate will play an important role in facilitating the company’s growth, supporting the existing team and enhancing the customer journey. This is a new and varied role for the business and as such, affords the successful candidate the opportunity to develop within the organisation. As such, the company are looking for someone that has a proven track record of effectively working directly with customers that is also comfortable working as part of a team within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Duties Include

  • Effectively dealing with inbound telephone and email enquiries; ensuring that all customers receive outstanding customer service levels at all times
  • Working closely with Production, Design, Marketing, Logistics and Administration personnel to resolve customer queries in an efficient way and facilitate a positive customer journey
  • Inputting quotations and maintaining customer data within the company’s existing CRM tool
  • Providing a mix of administrative support functions to the existing team
  • Management of customer sample requests

 

Essential

  • Positive and flexible approach
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional approach to all communications; telephone, email and face to face
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

 

Desirable

  • Experience of working within a manufacturing, print or promotional merchandise environment is highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience of using a CRM system
