Summary 
A rapidly expanding manufacturer of high quality fresh products is seeking a Hygiene Manager to join their establishment at their state of the art factory in Bristol.  The company have expanded rapidly over the past few years manufacturing supplying a range of customers throughout the UK.

This is a permanent role working night shifts.

The Role
You will be responsible for leading a small hygiene team ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained.

Duties will include:

• End of day cleaning for various departments including (but not limited to) production equipment, office area, canteen etc.
• Undertaking a weekly ‘deep clean’ on each department.

The Candidate

• Excellent understanding of food hygiene and health and safety standards
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to lead a small team and work with other departments
• Works quickly and accurately.
• Able to receive instruction professionally.
• Good team player or left to own accord.
• Able to multitask and carry out various functions throughout the night thoroughly.
• Constantly mindful of ethical standards both personally and professionally.
• Good attention to detail

This role would suit a Hygiene Operative, Hygiene Team Leader, Hygiene Supervisor, Hygiene Manager etc.
