Reporting to the Technical Director:

You will be responsible for and managing a team of quality technicians. You primary role will

be to provide an efficient and professional quality service to the business.

You will be responsible for

• Ensuring food safety and food quality remain at the forefront of our business whilst working to ensure the company’s technical agenda is achieved.
• Training and developing your team, internal audits, data analysis to identify trends within the quality function
• Monitoring and improving factory standards.

This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to make an impact. Continuous improvement is paramount so you’ll be taking on a role with a lot of scope to make your own as you will be the custodian of the company’s quality standards.

• You’ll be an experienced self-starter who works well in a close-knit team but has the ability to communicate and build strong relationships with all quality stakeholders.
• Analytically minded with a keen eye for detail
• Confident with IT systems
• Have previous people management experience.
• Hold relevant recognised qualifications (e.g., HACCP, Metal Detection, Quality Management or similar food quality/technical services qualifications)
