As our new HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive and effective administrative support to our HR Business Partner.
Duties will include:
- On-site support to our talent team – setting up interviews, right to work checks and producing contracts and offers
- Setting up colleagues on company systems
- Monitoring return-to-work health questionnaires and return-to-work interviews
- Reporting daily on attendance and holiday % per department
- Administering and maintaining accurate information within the HR system
- Supporting our environmental strategy scanning existing records
- Liaising with payroll on starters and leavers
- Supporting Health Safety administration, along with any other business needs.
Knowledge and experience:
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems
- Experience of providing a customer-driven administration service
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer-facing skills
- Able to interact positively with multiple stakeholders at all levels within the business
- Able to work at a fast pace but still have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
- Must be within a commutable distance to Eye, Suffolk as this is a site based role
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a ‘can-do’ approach to managing a varying workload.
