The Role
The role is to support the QHSE Manager with all aspects of Quality and Health and Safety including works order processing and printing drawing packs in readiness for production.
Duties:
- Quality system administration including maintenance of supplier approval status.
- Health, Safety and Environmental administration including maintenance of registers and communications with contractors.
- Updating customer portals and ensuring company website content is up to date.
- Supporting 2nd and 3rd party audits/inspections over all management systems.
- Amendment and creation of company documents including procedures and standard operating instructions.
- Participation in meetings related to the management systems and site activities to include taking and reporting meeting minutes.
- Completing KPI data for the department.
- Logging internal and external non-conformance for the management systems.
- Collection of site data and analysis of this data including internal reporting.
- Assisting in meeting customer expectations and regulatory compliance.
- Continuous improvement projects to achieve management system strategic goals.
- Maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Active ‘hands on’ approach to waste management.
- Completing tasks deemed fit to support all the management system when required.
About You;
- Experience within a Production/Manufacturing environment.
- Experience within an Administration position previously.
- Strong Administration skills – Ideally Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in assisting with internal/external audits.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn.
