You will be working Monday \u2013 Friday office hours. You can expect to achieve a salary of up to \u00a324,000.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n You will have responsibility over the day-to-day ordering, tracking and returning of items which will include (ingredients, packaging, disposables etc).<br \/>\n Duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Placing orders with a variety of national suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with the logistics \/ goods-in team ensuring orders are correct and have arrived on time<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring non-conforming ingredients and deliveries are credited and credits received<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and checking daily stock takes<\/li>\n<li>Submitting EOM stock takes<\/li>\n<li>Tracking item usage and conducting reports on over \/ under usage<\/li>\n<li>Purchasing ad-hoc item requests<\/li>\n<li>Updating price alterations to the company database &#8211; ensuring the sales team are informed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The Candidate<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be highly organised<\/li>\n<li>Co-operates and works well with others throughout the company in pursuit of team goals, sharing information and supporting others.<\/li>\n<li>Proven time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Keen eye and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>2 years purchasing experience (ideally in a manufacturing environment)<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience coupled with the ability to use Excel and data base programs<\/li>\n<li>Capable of completing paperwork and report writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>JK Recruitment<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n Please be aware that we receive a high volume of interest for each of our roles and we cannot guarantee we will be in touch if you are not shortlisted for the position.
