\nResponsibilities and Duties
\nAs our Senior Logistics Co-Ordinator you will be a key member of our small, high-performing office team, providing essential management and support to ensure smooth operations. You\u2019ll receive a warm welcome and continual support with exciting scope for the right candidate to shape the direction of the role and become an integral part of our future growth plans.
\nYour primary responsibilities will include:
\n\u2022\tMaintaining and updating all accounts and sales orders using spreadsheets and our bespoke trading system.
\n\u2022\tSupervising a small team of 2-3 people.
\n\u2022\tCommunicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners regarding account queries, deliveries, and general inquiries.
\n\u2022\tReprocessing and reconciling daily stock data, including participation in regular stock control checks.
\n\u2022\tSupporting the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics operations.
\n\u2022\tPurchasing Activities: Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and booking all goods received onto our bespoke trading system.
\n\u2022\tParticipating in regular stock control checks.
\nQualifications and Skills
\n\u2022\tProven experience within purchasing, logistics and supply chain, or ability to demonstrate transferable skills from a relevant office based role within a B2B environment
\n\u2022\tExceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively, and a natural aptitude for taking personal ownership of complex processes and tasks
\n\u2022\tDemonstrable ability to use basic Excel functions to record, manipulate, and report on essential operational data
\n\u2022\tStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an excellent level of numeracy
\n\u2022\tProfessional and confident manner, with an ability to build relationships and inspire confidence across a range of both internal and external stakeholders
\n\u2022\tNot shy. Personable, outgoing, resilient. Robust personality
