This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policy implementation. The HR Manager acts as a key advisor to management, driving initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UK employment law, including GDPR, equal opportunities, and health &amp; safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage HR audits and maintain accurate employee records.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and legal outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interviewing.<\/li>\n<li>Manage employee onboarding, ensuring new hires integrate effectively into the company.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns and workplace disputes.<\/li>\n<li>Support managers in handling employee relations issues, offering guidance on best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all employees receive mandatory training (e.g., health &amp; safety).<\/li>\n<li>Work with management to develop leadership and succession planning programs.<\/li>\n<li>Help on payroll processes and employee benefits administration.<\/li>\n<li>Benchmark salaries and benefits to maintain competitive compensation structures.<\/li>\n<li>Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, healthcare, and leave policies.<\/li>\n<li>HR Systems &amp; Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accuracy in employee records.<\/li>\n<li>Generate HR reports to track key metrics such as staff turnover, absenteeism, and training completion.<\/li>\n<li>Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in HR operations.<\/li>\n<li>Workplace Culture &amp; Engagement<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive company culture, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Organise employee engagement initiatives such as team-building events and recognition programs.<\/li>\n<li>Drive mental health and wellbeing initiatives to support employee welfare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Competitive salary<\/p>\n<p>Early finish Fridays<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE ROLE The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment.
