{"id":2767,"date":"2023-08-29T12:12:23","date_gmt":"2023-08-29T11:12:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2767"},"modified":"2023-08-29T12:12:23","modified_gmt":"2023-08-29T11:12:23","slug":"hr-officer-caerphilly-up-to-38k","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2767","title":{"rendered":"HR Officer, Caerphilly, Up to \u00a338k"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-2767\"  class=\"panel-layout\" >\n<div id=\"pg-2767-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" >\n<div id=\"pgc-2767-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\"  data-weight=\"1\" >\n<div id=\"panel-2767-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"0\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\" >\n<div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n<p><b>Overview<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This is a \u2018hands on role\u2019, involving playing an integral part in employee relations and working at an operational level whilst driving business initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements of the role<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Group HR Manager taking \u2018lead\u2019 responsibility for specific areas.<\/li>\n<li>The post holder will effectively liaise with members of the wider HR team and provide all-round support.<\/li>\n<li>Support and update the organisation on all employee relations matters<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control absence management<\/li>\n<li>Assist in all disciplinary proceeding.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive support on the delivery of the HR processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Managers and staff are aware of HR policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and guidance to Managers on HR and organisation development issues<\/li>\n<li>Identify &amp; drive continuous improvements within the Human Resource area<\/li>\n<li>Manage the appraisals process<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment process \u2013 selection, offers of employment through to induction (including agency temps and consultants)<\/li>\n<li>Manage the leavers\u2019 process.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the monthly KPI\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with an Occupational Health Advisor for medical examinations and health screening, as part of a wellbeing programme<\/li>\n<li>Conduct new employee inductions and onboarding<\/li>\n<li>Support the sites Employee Engagement activities including monthly bulletin, employee recognition awards and events<\/li>\n<li>Support the HR Manager in changes in terms and conditions of employment and benefits for individual employees<\/li>\n<li>Assist the HR Manager with routine administrative duties, including acting as first point of contact for department.<\/li>\n<li>Construct, maintain and develop the HR databases<\/li>\n<li>To carry out any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the efficient running of the HR Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Confidence in the analysis of numerical data with the requisite attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present findings<\/li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate and build relationships<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a small close-knit team on some projects<\/li>\n<li>Ability of prioritise workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities while being able to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To Apply, Please email CV to: info@jkrecruit.co.uk<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview This is a \u2018hands on role\u2019, involving playing an integral part in employee relations and working at an operational level whilst driving business initiatives.
