{"id":2720,"date":"2023-06-19T11:40:27","date_gmt":"2023-06-19T10:40:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2720"},"modified":"2024-07-01T11:10:47","modified_gmt":"2024-07-01T10:10:47","slug":"quality-manager-tredegar-47k","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2720","title":{"rendered":"Quality Manager, Gwent, \u00a347k"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-2720\"  class=\"panel-layout\" >\n<div id=\"pg-2720-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" >\n<div id=\"pgc-2720-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\"  data-weight=\"1\" >\n<div id=\"panel-2720-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"0\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\" >\n<div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n<p><b>The Role<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager to join a manufacturer in Gwent on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n<p><b>Essential<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Assurance Management experience<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of relevant legislative criteria and industry standards<\/li>\n<li>Basic awareness of health and safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Relevant process and product knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the quality team to ensure that all quality assurance activities from are carried effectively and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain the site\u2019s quality management system.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any quality issues that arise during manufacturing.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure training and coaching is provided to the quality team to ensure they are able to carry out their roles effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Address customer and regulatory-raised quality issues promptly and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement ongoing strategy to reduce instances of non-conforming product.<\/li>\n<li>To conduct and monitor GMP in the factory and ensure corrective action is taken where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure routine inspections i.e. glass and hard plastic, fabrication, hygiene, foreign body and GMP are carried out to schedule, with the appropriate corrective action implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Establish root cause and implement preventive action plans for non-conformances raised.<\/li>\n<li>To develop and maintain raw material intake inspection processes, ensuring materials are assessed based on risk and non-conforming product is reported back to the supplier.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and report KPI measures for raw material suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>To review non-conformances and weekly KPI\u2019s to identify trends, problem areas and instigate corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of current and new legislation that is likely to impact the business.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the quality system documentation is audited and correctly archived.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To Apply, Email CV To:\u00a0 \u00a0info@jkrecruit.co.uk<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Role We&#8217;re recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager to join a manufacturer in Gwent on a permanent basis.
