{"id":2701,"date":"2023-05-30T18:40:13","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T17:40:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2701"},"modified":"2023-05-30T18:42:35","modified_gmt":"2023-05-30T17:42:35","slug":"qa-afternoon-shift-bristol-36k","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2701","title":{"rendered":"QA &#8211; Afternoon Shift, Bristol, \u00a336k"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-2701\"  class=\"panel-layout\" >\n<div id=\"pg-2701-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" >\n<div id=\"pgc-2701-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\"  data-weight=\"1\" >\n<div id=\"panel-2701-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"0\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\" >\n<div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n<p><strong>The main responsibilities of this role are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Assurance &#8211; ensure that all raw materials, BIFGs are sampled according to procedures and if necessary sent off for analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out GMP Audits and report them promptly to the relevant departmental manager and follow up to ensure issues have been resolved and closed out adequately.<\/li>\n<li>Environmental Sampling &#8211; Take environmental samples, swabs, water etc according to the schedule and send for appropriate analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring Checks &#8211; Carry out CCP verification, daily scale checks and any other daily or weekly monitoring, e.g. temperatures of refrigerators, environmental monitoring in warehouse etc.<\/li>\n<li>Glass and Hard Plastic Control &#8211; Ensure audits are carried out as per the schedule and any damage is notified.<\/li>\n<li>NCRs &#8211; Ensure that any NCR raised, is properly investigated, that the root cause is identified and that the NCR is closed out. \u00b7<\/li>\n<li>Allergen Monitoring of Plant &amp; Equipment &#8211; As and when required carry out allergen swabbing of plant and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Inspection reports &#8211; Ensure that these are reviewed and that anything that may be released without inspection is released in a timely fashion, with no impact to production or logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Raw Material and Packaging Approvals &#8211; Assess new raw materials and packaging against specifications and QAS sheets, check for issues.
