You will demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving, demonstrate fast paced decision making and use your technical background routinely across a wide and varied equipment and technology base.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your key responsibilities as Multi-Skilled Engineer will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To undertake planned preventative maintenance activities with due consideration for safe plant operations and product quality.<\/li>\n<li>To develop and enhance maintenance systems and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Routinely undertake continuous improvement activities to develop plant capability and equipment reliability.<\/li>\n<li>To participate in plant improvements, modifications, and capital investment projects.<\/li>\n<li>To coach, mentor and support engineers and operational technicians as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Act as a subject matter expert on plant equipment and technologies<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate must be familiar with process machinery or equivalent equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed Multi-Skilled Apprenticeship in an engineering discipline.<\/li>\n<li>HNC or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and dynamic approach to safety<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical skills and logical thinker<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure whilst having a high attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate with clarity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Hours:<\/strong><br \/>\nWeek 1 0500-1300 Mon-Sat<br \/>\nWeek 2 1300-2100 Mon-Fri<br \/>\nWeek 3 2100-0500 Sun-Thur<\/p>\n<p>1 in 9 weekend call-out commitment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTERESTED IN APPLYING?\u00a0 PLEASE EMAIL CV TO: info@jkrecruit.co.uk<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Purpose of the role: As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will develop plant reliability and operational capability by implementing robust maintenance strategies and resolving plant issues and breakdowns to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.
