{"id":2607,"date":"2023-01-11T13:04:05","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T13:04:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2607"},"modified":"2023-01-11T13:04:37","modified_gmt":"2023-01-11T13:04:37","slug":"technical-manager-bristol-40-60k","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2607","title":{"rendered":"Technical Manager, Bristol, \u00a340-\u00a360k"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-2607\"  class=\"panel-layout\" >\n<div id=\"pg-2607-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" >\n<div id=\"pgc-2607-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\"  data-weight=\"1\" >\n<div id=\"panel-2607-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child\" data-index=\"0\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\" >\n<div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n<p><strong>About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Manager to join a\u00a0team near Bristol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you join as a\u00a0Technical Manager you will be part of the Senior Management Team and your main areas of focus will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To own, lead, develop, drive and champion the Technical strategy by working with the production teams, ensuring legislative compliance to food safety within the manufacturing environments.<\/li>\n<li>To interface directly with customers and suppliers regarding compliance with food safety and quality issues.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that procedures are in place to manage food safety and quality systems e.g HACCP\/GMP.<\/li>\n<li>To interface with external bodies with regards to compliance audits e.g. BRC follow up any non-conformances with robust, timely action plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally degree educated, Food Science \/ Technology or Microbiology qualification preferred<\/li>\n<li>Would suit an existing Technical manager or high calibre Quality Manager looking for the next step-up<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience at a similar level in food manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Experience of food manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Level 4 HACCP<\/li>\n<li>Level 4 Food Safety<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of BRC Global Standard (ideally version 8 and 9)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remuneration package will be based on qualification and experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"panel-2607-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_wordpress_file_upload_widget panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\" >[siteorigin_widget class=&#8221;WFU_Widget&#8221;]<input type=\"hidden\" value=\"{&quot;instance&quot;:{&quot;title&quot;:&quot;Interested in Applying??
