Logistics Planning to book the required vehicles by day to meet customer expectations and keep the warehouse clear.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuous liaison with internal stakeholders including Warehouse, Planning, Finance and Customer Services.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external haulage companies as required.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the flow of communication and documents between the warehouse and the Customer Services Team.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Pick and Dispatch documentation, on instruction from the relevant teams, for the Warehouse to ensure all loads are prepared in a timely manner, and documents are ready for time of loading.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Supervisor and Finished Goods Supervisor with discrepancy investigations and stock control queries.<\/li>\n<li>Any other reasonable duty required to benefit the department or the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English and maths GCSE\u2019s essential \u2013 Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>Driving is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Counterbalance Certification desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Pivot Steer Certification desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ICT Skills \u2013 Microsoft Office<\/p>\n<p>Communication Skills \u2013 Confident communicator \u2013 both verbally and in writing<\/p>\n<p>Team Working Skills \u2013 Good team-worker who gets on well with others<\/p>\n<p>Organisation Skills \u2013 Organise and prioritise work appropriately<\/p>\n<p>Customer Service Skills \u2013 ensuring customer satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>Numeracy skill<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>JK Recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please be aware that we receive a high volume of interest for each of our roles and we cannot guarantee we will be in touch if you are not shortlisted for the position.
