{"id":2436,"date":"2022-06-14T17:42:02","date_gmt":"2022-06-14T16:42:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2436"},"modified":"2022-06-14T17:42:59","modified_gmt":"2022-06-14T16:42:59","slug":"process-manufacturing-engineer-south-west-wales-37-8k","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jkrecruit.co.uk\/?p=2436","title":{"rendered":"Process Manufacturing Engineer, South West Wales, \u00a337.8k+"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pl-2436\"  class=\"panel-layout\" >\n<div id=\"pg-2436-0\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" >\n<div id=\"pgc-2436-0-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\"  data-weight=\"1\" >\n<div id=\"panel-2436-0-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child\" data-index=\"0\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\" >\n<div class=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\">\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Working a42 hour week, the shift pattern is two day shifts 7.00 am &#8211; 7.00 p.m.; followed by two days off and then three-night shifts 7.00 pm &#8211; 7.00 a.m. \u00a0This will continue a rotating system throughout the year.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of the Process Maintenance Engineer [PME] is to undertake preventive and reactive maintenance and whose main role is to provide a service to the production department<\/li>\n<li>The role requires the PME to be multi-skilled, and therefore competent to work safely on process dairy equipment comprising of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, instrumentation, control systems, CIP and steam systems.<\/li>\n<li>The PME also supports projects as and when required and may be requested to support projects for long durations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To carry out preventive maintenance on all processes<\/li>\n<li>To carry out reactive maintenance either by breakdown of process or requested by a Senior Engineer.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out all works \u2018Right First Time\u2019<\/li>\n<li>To enter all relevant data into IFS Service and Maintenance providing accurate information of work done, time on the job, and parts used.<\/li>\n<li>To raise a permit to work or a hazard awareness form before commencing work to ensure all hazards that may cause a risk to health and safety are identified and reduced\/eliminated.<\/li>\n<li>To lock off any process before commencing any invasive work that may create a H&amp;S hazard.<\/li>\n<li>To work safely and report all H&amp;S incidences as and when they occur.<\/li>\n<li>To use the engineering library to gain knowledge of equipment\/processes.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out all works on site either in the workshops or on the shop floor working to the \u2018Clean-as-you-go\u2019 policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ONC Engineering or equivalent (minimum) in an electrical or mechanical discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Time served apprenticeship in an industrial environment<\/li>\n<li>5 years\u2019 experience in FMCG industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"panel-2436-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_wordpress_file_upload_widget panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\" >[siteorigin_widget class=&#8221;WFU_Widget&#8221;]<input type=\"hidden\" value=\"{&quot;instance&quot;:{&quot;title&quot;:&quot;Interested in Applying??
