Working a two shift rota of mornings and afternoons, the rate is rate is \u00a314.22 p\/hr \u2013 (with some Nights \u2013 not part of the shift rota).<\/p>\n

Shift premium 8% mornings, 17% afternoons, 30% nights.<\/p>\n

39 hours per week.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Always work in accordance with the company\u2019s Health and Safety policy.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide first hand maintenance support for all process and facilities breakdowns<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide planned preventative maintenance support in line with PPM Schedule<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support Maintenance team in the delivery of agreed objectives<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain professional development and industry compliance<\/p>\n

\u2022 Track the maintenance requirement as per agreed schedule<\/p>\n

\u2022 Analyse and resolve work problems, or assist workers to resolve theirs<\/p>\n

\u2022 Work with and support Maintenance Supervision to keep accurate records of activity<\/p>\n

\u2022 Work to maintenance schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment<\/p>\n

\u2022 Recommend ways to improve maintenance methods, equipment performance, and quality of equipment<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure best practice in the workplace organisation and apply Lean principals including 5s and \u2018Waste\u2019 analysis across the department to promote a culture of continuous improvement and \u2018right first time\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Participate in improvement projects within the area to ensure that the most efficient and effective processes are available and utilised.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 The successful candidate will be a time served tradesman.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ideally the candidate will be educated to HNC level or equivalent.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Logical fault finding skills on both electrical and mechanical systems to establish root cause.<\/p>\n

\u2022 You must be an excellent communicator and be able to plan and organise your time efficiently.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The role requires a \u2018can do\u2019 attitude and a resilient personality, an individual who is prepared to take ownership and be accountable for their work, whether working as an individual or within a team<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
