You can expect to achieve a salary of \u00a335,500 working a three shift pattern of mornings, afternoons &amp; nights. The company are keen to employ well-rounded technicians who are mechanically biased but with electrical capabilities, a technician who also has mechatronics experience would be great.<\/p>\n<p><b>The Role<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Reporting into the Engineering Manager, responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To maximise the department machines\u2019 output and maintain the manufacturing processes within the designed specification.<\/li>\n<li>To work with other team members to continuously improve manufacturing performance.<\/li>\n<li>Provision of engineering and operational support to a manufacturing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>area<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Machine setting, to achieve product specification and performance<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of automated inspection systems<\/li>\n<li>Fault finding and corrective action<\/li>\n<li>Machine inspection<\/li>\n<li>Responding to minor breakdowns<\/li>\n<li>Preventative maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Major breakdowns<\/li>\n<li>To achieve compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, Food Safety requirements, Legislative requirements, GMP and company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of sub-assembly<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks as reasonably requested by the Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The Person<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A formal qualification in appropriate subject ONC\/HNC, BTEC\/City and Guilds in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Discipline\/apprenticeship.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of high speed and\/or food processing production<\/li>\n<li>Machine setting<\/li>\n<li>Fault finding and problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Plc, pneumatics, robotics desirable<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable and able to connect with others<\/li>\n<li>Team orientated\/ collaborative<\/li>\n<li>Able to operate &amp; take decisions independently\/ enjoys autonomy<\/li>\n<li>Self-assured\/ credible<\/li>\n<li>Flexible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"panel-2395-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_wordpress_file_upload_widget panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\" >[siteorigin_widget class=&#8221;WFU_Widget&#8221;]<input type=\"hidden\" value=\"{&quot;instance&quot;:{&quot;title&quot;:&quot;Interested in Applying??
