This role would suit an individual who is keen to grow with the business.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive sale strategy and win new business<\/li>\n<li>Actively explore &amp; approach potential new customers<\/li>\n<li>Develop and win new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Drive market and brand plans in accounts<\/li>\n<li>Develop joint business plans with accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Build sales opportunities &amp; relationships with multiple customers<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with existing &amp; new customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Person<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will have direct sales \/ business development experience ideally in FMCG food &amp; drink<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of working in a customer focused environment<\/li>\n<li>Clear and confident communication style<\/li>\n<li>FMCG commercial experience required<br \/>\nStrong negotiating skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JK Recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please be aware that we receive a high volume of interest for each of our roles and we cannot guarantee we will be in touch if you are not shortlisted for the position.
