Overview<\/strong>
\nWe are currently recruiting a Nights Hygiene Team Leader for a food manufacturer who are based in Bristol.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Role<\/strong>
\n\u2022 To effectively manage all operations within the specified sections to ensure KPI\u2019s targets and business objectives are met.
\n\u2022 To ensure cleaning operations are conducted in compliance with customer specifications, whilst meeting Health & Safety, quality, productivity and cost targets
\n\u2022 To ensure adherence to relative legislation throughout the production process
\n\u2022 Establish and ensure daily, weekly and periodical cleaning schedules are maintained and regularly reviewed
\n\u2022 To ensure strip downs, deep cleans and reassembly of all equipment are carried out daily as defined in the cleaning schedules
\n\u2022 Implementation of new initiatives and projects with the support of Senior Management
\n\u2022 Supervise and audit the quality of clean and ensure non-conformances are dealt in a timely manner to ensure product integrity is not compromised
\n\u2022 Implement and review continuous improvement initiatives
\n\u2022 Control of your resources, labour and chemical usage
\n\u2022 Ensure accurate records are completed and implemented to provide effective administration for the purpose of external audits and due diligence
\n\u2022 Ensure COSHH compliance
\n\u2022 Adherence to Health and Safety guidelines and procedures always by ensuring staff wear correct PPE at all times
\n\u2022 Report any damage to equipment to technical department
\n\u2022 Develop and review good working practices
\n\u2022 To coach and develop staff to improve individual and section performance to deliver FINISH hygiene standards
\n\u2022 To ensure the appropriate delegation of tasks within the section
\n\u2022 To ensure that the staffing levels are within the establishment and that resource is effectively utilised<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Person<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Have previous supervisory\/managerial experience
\n\u2022 Be prepared to be hands on \u2013 this role will be 85% factory based
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
\n\u2022 Be able to multi-task and have good organisational skills
\n\u2022 Have previous experience working within the hygiene\/cleaning within a food industry
\n\u2022 Knowledge of HACCP
\n\u2022 Have good PC skills
\n\u2022 Be constantly mindful of ethical standards both personally and professionally always showing integrity, reliability and trustworthiness<\/p>\n
