\n\tThe Role<\/p>\n

\u2022\tReporting into the Operations Director you will manage a team of 120 \u2013 200 staff.
\n\u2022\tYou will be working to\/plus implementing KPIs including cost efficiency, waste reduction, quality and yields.
\n\u2022\tYou will lead improvement projects and set long term objectives for the business to promote a lean manufacturing operation.
\n\u2022\tYou will be responsible for H&S training and motivating staff to achieve maximum production and to consistently improve performance of the business.
\n\u2022\tYou must have the ability to effectively manage and lead a large team of people, to drive production forward is essential.
\n\u2022\tYou will be part of the HACCP team, leading from the front, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
\n\u2022\tThe site is BRC accredited; you must have experience in leading sections of the standard.
\n\u2022\tYou\u2019ll need to work at pace and have clear decision-making skills as you\u2019ll be the lead operational manager on the site.
\n\u2022\tYou will be someone who is detail focused, can skilfully delegate tasks and keep people accountable for task set and project progression. As a fast growing SME the support structure is smaller than that of a blue chip organisation so you must be adaptable and able to implement these improvements in a smaller structure.<\/p>\n

The Person
\n\u2022\tYou will be an experienced people Manager and be able to show operational leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment operating 24\/7.
\n\u2022\tYou must be able to demonstrate a successful track record of implementing KPIs on site as well as how you have delivered improvements to performance whether through training or process improvement.<\/p>\n
