The Role<\/p>\n

Forming part of the managerial team this role will involve liaising with suppliers and dealers, both verbally and electronically.<\/p>\n

Duties
\n\u2022\tProviding daily advice and guidance to partners (both customers and suppliers) in relation to a wide variety of compliance matters
\n\u2022\tInvestigation of non-conformances
\n\u2022\tInvestigation of customer complaints and implementation of corrective and preventative actions based on trending and analysis of data
\n\u2022\tDocument control, writing manuals and updating brochures etc
\n\u2022\tSupplier Approval
\n\u2022\tManaging the technical indicators
\n\u2022\tReviewing internal Work Instructions and practices <\/p>\n

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
\n\u2022\tIdeally, knowledge of ISO 9001
\n\u2022\tExperience of Quality Management Systems
\n\u2022\tGood communication skills
\n\u2022\tAbility to manage several projects simultaneously
\n\u2022\tAbility to work with individuals at all levels internally and externally
\n\u2022\tOrganisational skills
\n\u2022\tMotivated and enthusiastic
\n\u2022\tLogical and analytical approach<\/p>\n
