The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

To ensure the smooth running of the site; overseeing all employees. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to contribute to improve processes and drive improvements. You will work autonomously to lead an entire shift, develop staff and implement new and improved processes into the manufacturing facility.<\/p>\n

Sunday-Thursday 0500\/1430
\nSunday-Thursday 1400\/2300
\nWednesday-Saturday 0800\/2000<\/p>\n

Knowledge and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

Demonstrate the highest standard of Food Safety, Health and Safety and always adhere to the company policies and procedures
\nMaintain discipline using performance reviews and where necessary disciplinary action
\nThe development of all employees; encouraging continued good performance by motivation and praise
\nWorking with Team Leaders to identify training requirements and liaise with production assistant to maintain training records
\nTo identify improvements and problems ensuring that once identified, action is taken and completed effectively
\nTo ensure all production paperwork is completed as per the schedule and once completed is then passed over for archiving scanning
\nAssisting Technical with any audits on the company \u2013 along with ensuring the completion of daily reports and \/or paperwork
\nTo cover aspects of the General Managers responsibilities in his absence through holiday or absenteeism<\/p>\n

The Person<\/strong><\/p>\n

Previous experience within a managerial position\/ supervisory
\nMust have knowledge of all tasks that are performed throughout the production facility
\nFamiliarity of a fast-paced manufacturing environment
\nExperience in leading a team and individuals to success
\nExcellent organisation skills, being able to prioritise, meet deadlines, multi-task and re-prioritise work and delegate
\nAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, to build relationships at all levels and motivate a team to complete tasks from start to finish
\nAn excellent customer service ethic and an aptitude for problem solving lending itself to resolving customer queries and complaints
\nMotivated & positive natural leader and ‘Can Do’ attitude
\nTargets and results orientated<\/p>\n
