You can expect to achieve a salary of \u00a340,000.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><br \/>\nYou will be responsible for co-ordinating all activities required to meet quality requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.<br \/>\nDuties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management, development and implementation of all Quality Management systems. BRC, ISO9001, ISO14001, Soil Association<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Company has the latest Food Safety guidelines in place and remain compliant<\/li>\n<li>Lead HACCP team and associated meetings<\/li>\n<li>Establish best practice Quality documentation systems and on-line checks<\/li>\n<li>Drive a \u2018Quality Culture\u2019 throughout all levels of the business<\/li>\n<li>Day to day control of the Product Quality standards being produced across the site<\/li>\n<li>Carry out root cause analysis on any internal or external Non-Conformance issues, with a view to preventing reputation<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal departments to promote Quality objectives<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with external suppliers and customers to ensure proactive quality requirements are met and improved where applicable<\/li>\n<li>Carry out and oversee the relevant internal audit schedules required per QMS system<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Environmental monitoring is relevant to the range of products being produced<\/li>\n<li>Ensure ATP swabbing results are analysed with a view to improving hygiene standards<\/li>\n<li>Control costs associated to Quality requirements<\/li>\n<li>Establish routines for staff carrying out direct and indirect quality checks<\/li>\n<li>Establish KPI\u2019s necessary for business improvement in relation to all Quality matters<\/li>\n<li>Become an active member of the SHE team, working to required safe standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure product sampling and traceability allows full testing evidential documentation following a product recall type event.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate training is available to all staff.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain QMS certifications (BRC, ISO)<\/li>\n<li>Upskill staff in relation to Quality awareness<\/li>\n<li>Reduce \/ eliminate customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Review Quality control methods, with a view to improvement and with an inclusive approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Person<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, Soil Association<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of procedure writing<\/li>\n<li>Effective Communication<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving<\/li>\n<li>Organisation and Planning<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Prioritisation<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in use of IT<\/li>\n<li>HACCP Level 4<\/li>\n<li>Food Safety Level 4<\/li>\n<li>Internal Auditor training<\/li>\n<li>H&amp;S Qualification<\/li>\n<li>IOSH Managing Safely<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience of Non-food\/ Food production<\/li>\n<li>Development &amp; Implementation of QMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementation of AA grade BRC Standard<\/li>\n<li>BRC Auditor<\/li>\n<li>Lead Auditor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>JK Recruitment<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease be aware that we receive a high volume of interest for each of our roles and we cannot guarantee we will be in touch if you are not shortlisted for the position.
