\nA rapidly expanding manufacturer of high quality fresh products is seeking a Hygiene Manager to join their establishment at their factory in Bristol. The company have expanded rapidly over the past few years supplying a range of customers throughout the UK.
\nThis is a permanent role working night shifts Sunday-Thursday 22:00 \u2013 07:00.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Role<\/strong>
\nYou will be responsible for leading a small hygiene team ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained.
\nDuties will include:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Leading a hygiene team overseeing all work carried out
\n\u2022 Developing areas of imporveemnt
\n\u2022 End of day cleaning for various departments including (but not limited to) production equipment, office area, canteen etc.
\n\u2022 Undertaking a weekly \u2018deep clean\u2019 on each department.
\n\u2022 Completing weekly reports
\n\u2022 Dealing with non-conformances raised during Hygiene audits
\n\u2022 Generate CIC\u2019s for all new equipment coming into the business
\n\u2022 Maintain \/ build upon staff skills
\n\u2022 Ensure Health and Safety is maintained at all times<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Candidate<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Excellent understanding of food hygiene and health and safety standards
\n\u2022 Excellent eye for detail.
\n\u2022 Ability to lead a small team and work with other departments
\n\u2022 Works quickly and accurately.
\n\u2022 Able to receive instruction professionally.
\n\u2022 Good team player or left to own accord.
\n\u2022 Able to multitask and carry out various functions throughout the night thoroughly.
\n\u2022 Constantly mindful of ethical standards both personally and professionally.
\n\u2022 Good attention to detail
\n\u2022 Have at previous supervisory\/managerial experience
\n\u2022 Knowledge of HACCP would be desirable
\n\u2022 Be prepared to be \u2018hands on\u2019 this role will be 80%-90% factory based<\/p>\n

This role would suit a Hygiene Operative, Hygiene Team Leader, Hygiene Supervisor, Hygiene Manager etc.<\/p>\n
