The company have a growing product base which is supplied to various retailers throughout the UK. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within a fast-developing company.<br \/>\nThe role is a based on working an afternoon shift pattern of 14:00 \u2013 22:00 Monday to Friday and will be based at their site in Rhondda Cynnon Taff, South Wales.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><br \/>\nReporting into the Engineering Manager, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as an assistant to the engineering manager, to support the Maintenance and Engineering function of the company ensuring that all machinery, equipment and buildings are able to continuously meet the demands of the business.<\/li>\n<li>To assist with the maintenance all plant, machinery and equipment so as to ensure complete availability to meet business demands at all times.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that equipment is left at the end of each shift so that it is ready for the following days production.<\/li>\n<li>To assist with the planned maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>In conjunction with the Engineering Manager, to carry out regular and routine site checks including plant rooms, all site structures, car park and the internal and external fabric of all buildings.
