The role will be working Monday \u2013 Friday office hours achieving a salary of up to \u00a328,000.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The Role:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nAs the Staff Trainer, you will be providing training to a production-based workforce in a busy food manufacturing environment.<br \/>\nDuties will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring that all Production and Warehouse employees are working to standardised methods and working practices.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out hands on training with all operators through the site ensuring employees are signed off to a satisfactory standard.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a skills matrix for staff, identifying key skills and when refresher training is required.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting production managers with personal development plans for their team members<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring SOP\u2019s are up to date and carry out hands-on training to support the business in developing people.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the H&amp;S manager in relation to safe systems of work both procedurally and one to one training.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with embedding the grading structure through assessment of employee\u2019s skills and behaviours.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining SOP\u2019s for existing and new equipment<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Production Managers with regards to staff development.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting new capital projects with new equipment, identifying training requirements and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The Person:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience of training staff \/ delivering training<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing skills matrices, developing training materials &amp; SOPs and following these through to delivery<\/li>\n<li>Strong health &amp; safety and environmental awareness knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Competent in use of PC and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, can do attitude approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate confidently at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Ability to motivating and drive individuals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role would suit a Trainer \/ Training Professional \/ Training Manager etc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>JK Recruitment<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nPlease be aware that we receive a high volume of interest for each of our roles and we cannot guarantee we will be in touch if you are not shortlisted for the position.
