Kira has over 10 years’ experience of recruitment within the manufacturing field and has built up a huge client base and candidate portfolio.  Previously working with some of the largest manufacturers within the UK she maintains a professional yet personal approach, clients frequently request her service and place high calibre vacancies in her care.  She has worked with all levels within the industry from Team Leaders to Factory Managers.  The service she provides to candidates is second to none, she provides CV advice, tips for interviews and sources relevant training courses which may benefit candidates.  She prides herself on always delivering feedback at all stages of the process, asking clients why particular candidates weren’t selected for interview, what stood out on a particular CV etc so that the information can be shared.  Candidates respect her integrity and honesty and she has helped many progress their careers.

Kira also worked with the long term unemployed for a number of years and saw huge success here too, a very different career to the recruitment she does today but feels that it provided a fundamental understanding of candidates’ needs, the current job market and growth within various industries.  Her biggest reward at this time was seeing the confidence of candidates grow as they went through various courses with her in order to obtain their goal of securing employment.
